Started hearing a noise which seemed to be in the drive train. Dropped it off to be diagnosed. Was told it may take up to two days. Absolute worst service dept of any car dealership I have ever experienced. Zero professionalism , Zero communication , Zero customer service . None of the service advisors work together to help customers . ever experienced. Zero professionalism , Zero communication , Zero customer service . None of the service advisors work together to help customers . If your service advisor has a day off during the week you are held hostage . No one will give you an update or help you with the status of your vehicle including it being ready to be picked up . They will keep your vehicle a week before looking at an issue even with an appointment without any type of loan car available. These are simple warranty items on newer vehicles and nothing major .They will not hire additional techs and use the same excuse of being short handed . I had planned to purchase another vehicle from Heritage in Rockwall but after having multiple bad experiences in the service dept along with the last two being unexcusable within a 30 day time period there was no way I would ever purchase a vehicle again at this dealership . I was happy to drive 20 miles into Dallas and buy a 2024 new vehicle from their competitor. I’m all about buying local but this dealership makes it impossible . The Manager of this Service dept should be fired , the general manager should be fired for allowing this type of bad service to continue . The owner of this GM franchise should be made aware of this . I plan to also contact General Motors directly and file a complaint.
