Waited almost 2 hours for oil change and change sensor on one tire. Went to inquire about the wait and shortly after that, my car was complete. I went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. All of my past appointments have been great but also free as part of my three year courtesy maintenance plan. The service went quicker than normal and I have pay which was no problem. I signed the paperwork and left the dealership as I was driving, I noticed the air levels in my tires had not changed. My front driver’s side tire had been at 30psi and the other three tires were at 35. I had been meaning to put air in the low tire but didn’t because I knew I had a scheduled service. The same tire which was in the same position and had not been rotated nor aired up. I turned around and went back to the dealership and they fixed the issue. It should not have taken two trips to the dealership to get this done! More

Service dept. has 0 communication. I waited almost a year to get my truck replaced due to a back order. When the part came in I took it in and then was told it was has 0 communication. I waited almost a year to get my truck replaced due to a back order. When the part came in I took it in and then was told it was ready for pick up. A week after it had the same issue so we took it in and the Service Advisor called the technician who came up and said yea I never fixed that you just told me to put it back together. Then we were apologized to and were told they would call us when to bring it in to get fixed which we thought would be easy since the part was finally in. No we waited 5 months and that was after calling and emailing and getting upper support through GM. I will NEVER go back. More
