I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online and when I got to the dealership, they had no record of the appointment and said that all appointments scheduled online “don’t get sent to them”. Despite when I got to the dealership, they had no record of the appointment and said that all appointments scheduled online “don’t get sent to them”. Despite confirmation txt messages and emails I received. Regardless, they said they could do the oil change. I also told the service agent about some other issues the truck was having and he said he would have a tech come talk to me to see if we needed to schedule an additional service appointment. Fast forward 90 minutes, the oil change was still not completed, no tech came to talk to me. I asked the service employee how much longer and he did try to hurry things and got the truck completed about 10 minutes after I asked. No one ever came to talk to me about the additional issues we were having with the truck. This service experience was poor and wanted to provide you with some feedback to improve for future customers More

I have purchased 4 vehicles over the past 25 years here! First because convenient and close to my home--but then it was also the care and personal attention I got from the same employees over the years! Same sales JR on my vehicles -same financial man-Brad --who is now service manager and I always stay with same service Rep-Sam. I cried when John Left--But Sam has taken his place. They always take care of all my needs on vehicle and make sure its done right and take care of me taking me home etc... They even remember personal things about me from year to year and ask me!--This is how a dealership should be!-especially when their clients are loyal to them! I will always stick with them and the vehicles I purchase. Brad--5 stars as the financial Dept and now service manager--hope he doesn't go anywhere! More
