He even managed to find a loaner for me last minute. While the car was in service he communicated everything in a timely manner and addressed my every concern. Paperwork was done and waiting at the cashier when I arrived to pick up my car. He again made sure to address all my concerns and confirm that he had done all that he could do for me before I left.
