Professional and Pleasant Service Went to the dealership without an appointment as my Check Engine light was staying on. My Forester had a noise from one of the back wheels too. I always appreciate that they get me in/out as quickly as possible while still getting the work done to full satisfaction. Like most people, I have a busy schedule and appreciate that they are sentive about, and respectfully of this. The customer service staff is great; professional, attentive and very friendly. The last couple of times I had my car serviced Claudia took care of me; on both occasions she took the time to listen to my concerns and did a great job of providing feedback on an issue that they did a great job diagnisting and taking care of. She did a great job explaining technical terms in a way that Was easy to understand and in general, just made me feel very confident that everything was being taken care. I’ve been very happy with my decision to purchase from, and continue to service my car with them. More

I worked with Vitaliy Khlebnikov and he was able to convince Subaru to cover the new transmission at no cost to me! I got to drive a 2018 Outback during the time my car was being serviced too. I had previously gone to another dealer for service but I have been usIng Herb Gordon for the last year or so. I am so happy I made the switch! More

My experience was great! I I went to the dealership for an oil change that was due and while I was there I spoke w/ advisor Michael Goodman telling him my concerns about my car. I went to the dealership for an oil change that was due and while I was there I spoke w/ advisor Michael Goodman telling him my concerns about my car. He checked out my car and was able to have the necessary repairs done without me having to make an appointment for another day. Due the nature of the repairs, my car needed to stay until the next day and I was given a free rental car to use until the job was completed. Not only is the service excellent, but the waiting areas are wonderful. They are clean, pleasant, and offer excellent coffee. The staff is very competent and couldn't be nicer. Taking my car for service turned out to be a very relaxing day. More
