I was updated timely of any news with the repair and she was very responsive to all my texts messages. She left voicemails when I wasn't able to answer her calls and overall communication was excellent. This is my second major repair with the dealer and both instances went smoothly. Would recommend working with Bethany for her attentiveness and A+ communications. You will never feel in the dark with the status of your repair or if you have any questions. More

I recently brought my 2017 Forester in for service, and had an excellent experience (as always!) with the service I received. Although I had not made an appointment, Michael Goodman of the service staff we had an excellent experience (as always!) with the service I received. Although I had not made an appointment, Michael Goodman of the service staff welcomed me the minute I stepped out of the car, and immediately listened to my requests, and assessed what needed to be done. All issues with the car were taken care of while I waited, and the cost was reasonable. This kind of experience is why I have not taken my Forester anywhere else for service since I purchased it in 2017. Herb Gordon Subaru, and in particular Michael Goodman, are stellar examples of quality workmanship, professionalism, and honesty. More
