Reading and hearing stories of mistreatment of a customer by a salesmen I was nervous going to purchase my first new car on my own. I found this dealer online and it was the first place I visited. They didn't play any number games, no harsh sales tactics, it was simply we love these cars and we want you to love them too. To my dismay, my Subaru Forester went in for two head cylinder gasket failures. Mike Schildt handled my case to my full satisfaction. I just wanted to let consumers know how great Herb Gordon Suburu (formerly Dodge/Suburu) is. I have taken my car to Herb Gordon for over 5 years. During that time, all of the employees have been fantastic, Suburu (formerly Dodge/Suburu) is. I have taken my car to Herb Gordon for over 5 years. During that time, all of the employees have been fantastic, the prices are fair, and they are always honest with me as to what my car needs. I also wanted to let people know that I own a Chrysler, and that Herb Gordon can still do work on your car (it just can't be manufacture warranty work). I felt I should take the time because to write the review because I can't say enough good things about them. For Chrysler customer's looking for a great shop, I can't think of a better dealership to take your car to. More
