This is my second Subaru from Herb Gordon. Lakshman Sukar was my sales consultant; I couldn't have had a better one than Lakshman. What really sets them apart, however, is their ability to accommodate me on short notice and in emergencies (especially Ken Hanscome). Even something simple as: I was leaving on a trip and the wiper blade inserts had given up. I loaded the car, started my journey in the rain and pulled into Herb Gordon hopeful that they would be able to help me. Ken got me my inserts, did a quick install and I was on my way in a matter of 15 minutes. That experience, by far, surpassed going to an auto store, looking up blade inserts and inserting them myself. The whole rest of the trip in the rain, I was thankful to Herb Gordon and Ken for their ability to accommodate and be flexible with customers. Knowing that they will do their best to help me out is a great feeling. More
