From the first time I spoke to my salesman, Alan Albert, I found him to be very accomodating. He worked very hard in meeting all my needs in such a short period of time and kept me within my budget. I negotiated the price of my '09 Altima over the phone in about 10 minutes. There were no hidden fees tacked on when I came in to buy it. The other dealerships I went to (Antwerpin and Passport Alexandria) would not tell me a straight answer when it came to the price, and would keep me there for hours trying to sell me cars I didn't come in to see because of their misleading advertisements on the car I wanted. Over here at Herb Gordon, I was treated with respect. I came in to purchase the car at 2pm and was out by 4pm with the keys in my hand and my old car traded.
