We loved working with Alan Albert to purchase the car. No pressure salesman that's to the point and down to business. It took several calls to the dealership and two business days before we got what we needed. I belive that the Lojack company installs this at the dealer's premise but the dealer should be requiring more quality control from their vendor/contractors. The whole thing very frustrating. However, we are very happy with the salesman and the car he helped us to select. For this reason, we would return to this dealer to work with Alan Albert again. More

Bought a new 2005 Armada in 2008 and I have been having several problems with repairs with heater. The second time I returned the truck, I told them it had to do with the heater blend door, but would they several problems with repairs with heater. The second time I returned the truck, I told them it had to do with the heater blend door, but would they listen, no. This truck went back for a total of 8 times for the same issue only to return with other damage like the radio not working or a light out (seems like the mechanics break other items while attempting to repair other things and don't own up to it). Of course, thank goodness for the extended warranty which they gladly repaired the other issues broken when presented to them. I find scratches and dents in car after service. This truck is in again for a heater repair from a part that was broken/worn or was broken by them when I got it back in May. Seems like they have had this truck more than I do. Some of the related issues are a result of Nissan USA (they made this truck), but broken items and scratched/dented trucks/cars is a result of this dealer'sservice department! Needless to say this is the last time I am going back to this dealership and I will advise anyone I know not to venture to Herb Gordon. More
