We thought our requests were simple: sedan with leather seats and a moonroof, but no other packages, buying outright rather than financing. Every other dealer we contacted tried to offer us things that I said specifically that we were not interested in. Then came Muna. Not only did he answer my questions concisely and promptly, but he and Herb Gordon were able to beat the quotes of other dealers by several thousand dollars. When we went into the dealership, he was friendly but not pushy, explained the features of the car knowledgeably and in a way that didn't sound scripted. We left with a new car, even though we hadn't intended to buy for another few weeks. The mark of an exceptional salesman is that the customer does not feel like they've been sold something.
