After I submitted an email about a Nissan Z car to Herb Gordon and other dealerships, Debbie called me, didn't have just what I needed (new used black Z), but soon called me back when one came onto the lot Gordon and other dealerships, Debbie called me, didn't have just what I needed (new used black Z), but soon called me back when one came onto the lot. She invited me to come at a time convenient to me, which was Friday night. She was right there, gave me a friendly greeting, showed me the Z cars she had, and drove with me to compare two of the cars. She was very friendly, answered all my questions (technical questions about the car; advice on best deal, etc.), and as we chatted I immediately felt confident in her and that we had a lot in common. I said to myself...if I buy a Z it will be from Debbie. After the demo drives, I had to think. It's a lot of money and I try not to make decisions on the spot. Debbie was very comfortable with all this. I went home, had dinner, talked it over with my partner, and called Debbie back about the pricing of the car. She had some software on her computer and could quickly and accurately give me different monthly payment scenarios. It was the monthly payment I knew I had to be comfortable with, along with the right car. Debbie was very patient, helpful, and not at all pushing me. It was about 9pm on Friday night and I asked if I could come in and get the car. She said come on in, the time doesn't matter. I got there somewhere around 9:30 pm. Debbie, Bill, and the gentleman who does the financial paper work were there and ready to help me. I got the car that night and was so excited I could hardly stand it. I've bought a number of cars/SUVs in my life, and would rate Debbie as the very best sales person I have worked with. She knew the facts about the car, knew about the financing, and, again, was very patient as I made what for me was a big decision. In the past two weeks since I've been enjoying my Z, I've emailed or called Debbie for various matters, e.g. get a second key, how to wash the car, how to get a Satellite radio, etc. Within a few hours each time she got back to me with solid advice/information. Debbie is great and true sales person loving her job. Everyone I spoke to at Herb Gordon was very friendly and welcoming. A fine dealership and great staff. Thank you. We usually dread the 'process' of going to a dealer to purchase a car. We did much of the communication by email and phone prior to going out to sign papers for the purchase. The paperwork was painless, there was no pressure to add items at the time of final sale. This was the first time I had ever bought a car on my own and being young I was very nervous about the whole process. I told Kevin exactly what I wanted before I came in and as soon as I got there, there was a car waiting for me to drive. I tried a few cars and ended up buying the one Kevin picked out for me. It's like he could read my mind! Debbie was such a pleasure to work with and helped me transition from my old car into my new in a quick and easy manner. Ramish helped give me the best deal for my car when i traded it in (better then I thought). When it came time to do my paperwork, Mark really understood that I had a budget and only offered me the things I really needed for my car. He didn't try to sell me on unnecessary things just to make an extra buck and for that I am greatful. (You hear all about those nightmares) Lastly, I even left some things in my old car and was able to retreive them with no problem and they even had it waiting for me when I stopped by. I would highly highly recommend this dealership over any other. The people are great and accomodating and I love my car. They did such an amazing job. More

I initially contacted Nissan last year and met Debbie Colt. We were unable to work a deal that fit my budget but she continued to stay in contact with me and the time came and the timing was perfect. I’m glad to inform you that Debbie, with the help of an expert in finance Mark, made the deal and I’m driving a wonderful car that is exceeding my expectations. Also note worthy, during my visit, I started running out of time, to help get things going Alan stepped in to help with general wrap-up, doing things like placing my tags on my vehicle and making sure I had final instructions. The service I received was superior and I look forward to working with the dealership in the future. In short, they made my first new auto purchase a truly fun experience. My main point of contact, Bill, confirmed the price quote over the phone--the lowest by thousands of dollars among his competitors, so the rest was just a matter of paperwork. He described the car's features and patiently answered my questions, never once attempting to push any type of vehicle or make a hard sell. Working with him felt more like a relaxed conversation. I did heaps of research and visited several other dealerships beforehand, compiling a small collection of horror stories in the process, so I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and easy everything went. I came in several weeks later to get my tags and mentioned that I had caused a dent in the front side. Bill's colleague, Debbie, overhead our conversation. Without my even asking, she took the initiative to put me in touch with Dent Wizard to fix the damage, and also helped me get it fixed for free, thanks to a special offer they have for newly purchased vehicles. My car looks new again. And if that wasn't reason enough to rate them highly, they sent me a check a few days ago due to an accidental overcharge.
