We used Auto Trader to find the vehicle we wanted at several dealers. We pulled in at 8:00 p.m. and by 9:00 p.m., we were driving off the lot in our new "used" car. Alan Albert had the car prepped when we were on our way, so it was freshly washed and beautiful. I cannot tell you how happy we were with the customer service, the great price, and the speed of the deal. We drove a lot of miles to be misled by the first dealer and the cars were dirty inside and out. Since we had traveled from PA, we were tired, hungry, and not looking forward to a long trip home. What I mean by complete is that the quotes I received were for specific vehicles, not just a generic quote for a vehicle with the options that I selected. There was an online profile of each car in their inventory with a picture of the exact vehicle on the lot, all of the installed options listed and a no-haggle Internet price. None of the other dealers' Web sites were even close to the details of the Herb Gordon Web site. I think this will help Herb Gordon going forward as the majority of younger buyers such as myself begin their new car searches online, with this trend only growing in the future. Once at the dealer with met with Muna Chongo, one of the Internet Sales staff. Muna was very helpful and explained the various aspects of the Rogue during the test drive. The price quoted on the Internet was the same price we received when we were at the dealership. We settled on the Rogue after test driving another vehicle that we were considering and headed back to Herb Gordon that two days later to complete the deal. We were in and out within two hours, even with a trade-in. Overall, this was a great car buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Nissan in the area. On top of the excellent value, the service rendered during the buying experience made us feel as if we were purchasing a high-end luxury vehicle. We are now going on the second week of owning the new car and we have received three follow up calls from Herb Gordon checking on our satisfaction with the purchase.
