HG Nissan will be the only one to get my repeat business. I own 3 Nissan vehicles, all of which were purchased from HG Nissan in Silver Spring, MD. This is a first class organization from sales to service and exceeds expectations. The sales experience is handled with class and rewards repeat customers for their loyalty. Larry Signola and Van (GM) have been champions during the purchase/negotiation process. Greg Edwards, Service Manager, and his team have provided outstanding customer service during every visit. It is, perhaps, the VIP service that cements my loyalty for HG Nissan. Normally sales departments lay claim to VIP support but HG Nissan service makes me feel like part of the HG Nissan family, one I can trust to guide me on appropriate service needs at all the right times. They have handled tricky warranty issues successfully on my behalf and have on several occasions recommended I wait on performing select service to bundle with other required maintanence that would be a cost savings at a later date. HG Nissan and the entire organization are true ambassadors for the Nissan brand working hard on the front lines to provide an amazing turnkey operation. I have just move to the maryland area about two years ago and my vehicles has unfortunately had quiet a few problems. I was not treated bad by anyone or as some other dealerships will quietly send you home and they say,they will call you later. (Which reminds me of being on Bad Blind Date!) Anyway, both Walter and Mark treated me with respect and they were honest with me from the begining!(In which I really appreciated!) I was up front about my credit issues, and all Walter said was that he can help me with a smile. I was also hesitant about speaking with several people. (You know the typical run around that you get from other dealerships.) Mark actually came around and greeted me himself, and explained the next steps of what Walter and Mark were doing. Walter even asked if I would like to walk around or watch TV in their lobby, and I could change the channels. Had a rattle in the door of my 2005 Armada that I bought used from them. It was very difficult to reproduce the noise and I had to take it back several time...
