I went in for an oil change and Lynn suggested a service that was overdue and would help with the performance of the truck. She also researched and found that there was a recall on the truck in which there that was overdue and would help with the performance of the truck. She also researched and found that there was a recall on the truck in which there would be additional work needed on the truck since I was effected by the recall. Lynn found that the dealership did not have the part needed to sucessfully complete the recall but took my phone number and called me once the part came in and set up a time for me to bring the vehicle back in for service. She also had a rental car set up for me as well the day I came back to have the truck serviced. All in all this was a very nice visit to the dealership. More

Purchased 2007 Nissan Maxima new from Kevin Jung; wonderful experience. Not many people can walk into a dealership, test drive 2 cars, and negotiate the deal they want in 2 1/2 hours...but I did bec wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional and respectful. Likewise with all the services performed and some emergency issues that were addressed immediately. George Margelos, who knows exactly how I like things done and sees to it and insures that A.J. is the mechanic that performs the work.
