I went to Herb Gordon to test drive an Altima, and was fortun through the USAA Car Buying Service. Kevin Yi, a sales manager, contacted me quickly. I went to Herb Gordon to test drive an Altima, and was fortunate to have been greeted by Gustavo, a superb sales associate. He was knowledgeable, helpful, understood my needs, and did not give us a hard sell in any way. Herb Gordon's price was a little higher than some others, but I wanted to give the sale to Gustavo. So I asked if Herb Gordon could lower the price a little, which they did. They were able to get me the exact model and color I wanted within 24 hours. The paperwork was also very efficient and, to my amazement, there was no hard sell with regard to extended warranties and other extras, just a simple offer. I never thought that buying a car could be done with such ease. This was very important to me, because my previous car had been totaled the week before by a driver who ran a red light, and I needed ease and a lot of support.
