We have owned 3 Nissans & have had all work done at Mile One. They know us, work with us & we have never had a problem with scheduling service or coming in for an emergency. Great people, good service!! Ju One. They know us, work with us & we have never had a problem with scheduling service or coming in for an emergency. Great people, good service!! Just last week we had a low tire and were able to bring it in without calling and they took care of it immediately. I have used local gas stations in the past with cars and trucks but since buying my Murano in 2003 I have stayed with Herb Gordon and so has my fiancee. We could not be happier with them. More
Did the online legwork to purchase a 2010 Murano for my husband. Ended up purchasing car from Herb Gordon. Both Muna and Alan were very helpful. They matched other dealers prices and then some! The actu husband. Ended up purchasing car from Herb Gordon. Both Muna and Alan were very helpful. They matched other dealers prices and then some! The actual buying of the car was a breeze with absolutely no surprises - i.e., it was what we had agreed to via on-line negotiating. When we got home with new car, discovered a little scratch on rear of car. They were apologetic and had it fixed within a week - no charge. And I had the bonus of using a loaner car, the cube - what a fun car to drive! Felt that the dealership was honest and willing to negotiate a good and fair price and highly recommend them. More
I was not pushed into buying a car and I was very worried about that. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Has made my car buying experience great. I was hesitate that the sale people would try and add about that. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Has made my car buying experience great. I was hesitate that the sale people would try and add extra things onto the price, but everyone was up front from the beginning. They worked with me to get what I needed. More
On the last Saturday in September, Larry didn't give me the cost of the car, but said he could meet my budget of less than $300/mo. Showed up on Sunday and it was less than $300, but for 72 months - this, the cost of the car, but said he could meet my budget of less than $300/mo. Showed up on Sunday and it was less than $300, but for 72 months - this, after I specified 60 months and after I waited 3 hours for the paperwork and after I signed ever piece of paper except the contract. Luckily I read the contract before I signed. On Monday he called and said he'd re-worked the numbers and the financing and could get the price to $320/63 (yes, 63) months if I put $500 down. Doing the math, this deal would have resulted in paying the exact same amount for the car - no better deal and no better offer. This despite his assurances that he could make the drive in worth my while and he'd rather sell the 2010 AWD Rogue on the lot at a loss to him than find the FWD I wanted, that probably would have been within my price range. So many promises. The next day he called back and had worked out the numbers and found 0% financing (suddenly) and $500 for something or other and... well, the price came down (from Saturday's 27+K) a total of about $400. He wasted my time. When I expressed my frustration on Monday and clearly spelled out the ways he was playing games with me, he showed no regret and started saying he had only respect, blah, blah, blah. I went to the Honda dealer on the 29th, ended up paying $400 more for the CR-V than what the Rogue was going to cost. But here's the deal: they never jerked me around on price or apr or waiting or making false promises of "sweetening the deal" or making me wait for anything. The last cute trick? When I went to sign the paperwork at SportHonda, I found out HerbGordon Nissan still had my title of my old car! It was a d*** good thing my husband was there to go get it, because I would have loved to rip Larry a new one for being such a lying, slimy creep. He is the STEREOTYPE of the car salesman. In purchasing five new cars, this was the first time I ever felt slimed during the process. I wouldn't buy a car from this dealer if they offered to pay me $5000 to take it home. More

People know my name, they are polite and smile, they give me a loner when im in a jam, and they also do pretty g because I am always treated special. People know my name, they are polite and smile, they give me a loner when im in a jam, and they also do pretty good work. I recently bought tires, and the prices were very competative. I would recommend them to my friends, and that is the highest compliment Steve More
My experience working with James Shupe and the team at MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan was stellar from start to finish. I had test driven a 2011 Nissan Rogue at another dealer and was set to buy the car when MileOne Herb Gordon Nissan was stellar from start to finish. I had test driven a 2011 Nissan Rogue at another dealer and was set to buy the car when I found out that Mile One had a relationship with our insurance company. When I inquired with MileOne, I was put in contact with James Shupe and I'm grateful for the experience. He was able to get the exact car I wanted for a better price than the other dealer quoted. James provided excellent service and he was a pleasure to work with (can't always say that about a car salesperson). Mark, the Finance Manager, also offered fantastic advice on financing options that really met our needs. Not only do I absolutely love the car, I'm thrilled for the relationship we have with James and the team at MileOne. I've never owned a Nissan before and am delighted to say that I'm a "convert". I'll gladly recommend James and MileOne and can't see buying my next Nissan from any other dealer! More
Went to cars.com and had an immediate call back from Herb Gordan. A number of follow through calls. Best price of all of the dealers who called me back. The experience was very quick. Were in and out o Gordan. A number of follow through calls. Best price of all of the dealers who called me back. The experience was very quick. Were in and out of there in less than two hours including a test drive. Purchased a Murano to replace one that was demolished in a crash. More
I previously posted a review of this dealership and the service I received from Joe Wheeler and Kevin Yi was exceptional. Apparently there was a discrepancy of approximately $115 left over that I was resp service I received from Joe Wheeler and Kevin Yi was exceptional. Apparently there was a discrepancy of approximately $115 left over that I was responsible for from a calculation error. Due to issues with work, etc., I was unavailable for a couple of weeks and returned to check my voicemail with a threatening message from Larry Signora, the Sales Manager regarding the balance of $115. The message was threatening and extremely unprofessional. In my many years of car buying experience I have never been treated with such disrespect or contempt. While the car buying experience was exceptional, I have to say that I would not recommend this dealership because of the attitude and unprofessionalism exhibited by the sales manager. I sincerely hope that the $115 was worth the negative publicity, in spite of the fact that they had received thousands of dollars from me for my vehicle purchase. More
Keith has been our service person for over 10 years, and he has always been responsive and eager to help with any problem we encountered. We have been using Herb Gordon since I moved back to Maryland in 19 he has always been responsive and eager to help with any problem we encountered. We have been using Herb Gordon since I moved back to Maryland in 1975, and have never been disappointed with the service that we have received. Keith has always addressed any concerns that my wife or daughter have presented, and has always made them feel comfortable with however they described the problem they encountered. When my wife took her Murano in because the driver's side rear-view mirror was pulled loose from the door, Keith actually removed the trim panel, tightened the mounting screws, and replaced the trim. This saved us somewhere between $400 and $500 to replace the mirror. He has even assisted with basic service concerns with my son's Mitsubishi! When we needed to ask for a loaner, Keith was always able to help us out. The overall great service and positive attitude of the service department has kept me driving Nissans. We own five Nissans (1974 260Z, 1993 300ZX, 1996 Maxima, 2005 Murano, and a 2010 Murano) and each and every one is serviced at Herb Gordon Mile One Nissan. I have owned other marques during this time, including Ford, Pontiac, and even a BMW 750iL. However, I must say that BMW's service department lead me to dump my BMW and return to Nissan. More
