The only feedback we would have is that the description of the car said keyless entry, but no remote was available, it is missleading if you descrbe the car as keyless entry but do not provide the tools, but this is very very minor compared to the superb customer service we received. I started my research on finding a car that I like first. Then I went thru the buying process using the AAA car buying program. AAA put me in touch with 4 dealers that were AAA approved. Jordan at Herb Gordan was the first to respond to the inquiry. He immediately made me fee comfortable and relaxed thru the whole process. He made me feel no pressure at all to buy the car only from him. Other dealers we at me with the usual "hard" sell. Jordan made everything seem quick and easy. Although they did not have the car I wanted in stock, it was no problem for him to locate one that fit my requirements. Although buying a car is not without it's pit falls, Jordan made me feel like they cared for me as though I was already a customer. On top of it all, the price I was quoted from this dealer was even less than the AAA price quote - that doesn't happen often. I would highly recommend Jordan - he did a fantastic job and never made me feel like there was any pressure to buy. His goal was to make sure I got the car I wanted at the best possible price - and to make me feel like he earned my business. All in all it was quite possibly the best car buing experience I ever had. Great job. More

Debbie was very helpful. She wasnt too familiar with all the features of the Infiniti brand so she studied up on the car before I got there so she could point out the benefits of the car to me. When I had further questions about my trade-in value, extended warranty, and etc she made sure she got those questions answered by the people who could help me. Ramesh and Justin were great as well. One Tip: Know the value of your car BEFORE you trade-in so there are no surprises if/when this portion of the deal arises. That way your experience is not tainted. More

From the moment I drove up to this dealership and was warmly welcomed into the dealership by Mr. Jordan Jenkins I knew I was in the right place. Unfortunately the vehicles didn't have all the amenities I was looking for in my next vehicle. So we went back to Mr. Jenkin's computer to pull up vehicles that more closely matched what I really wanted. While discussing other used vehicles Mr. Jenkins mentions the newly delivered 2011 Nissan Juke that had every amenity I wanted and it was brand new!! We walked outside and I was instantly smitten, took the test drive and was sold!
