I wasn't planning on buying a new car anytime in the next five-to-ten years, but an accident took care of that. Charlie Miller at Herb Gordon/Mile One Nissan really made the experience as easy and low stress as he could. He was open and friendly, very accommodating, and very easy to deal with. What added even more to the experience was that I never felt like he was treating me differently because I'm female, or a butch lesbian, or when I brought my girlfriend in with me. It's not as big a deal these days, but since I come from Michigan from a time when I experienced a lot of homophobia, all of this added even more to the ease and low-stress experience. During this search I pulled Toyota's from my list of possibles because the dealership I contacted was so inferior, so slow, idiotic and annoying that I didn't even try to find another dealer to deal with, I just took Toyota off my list totally. One last thing, I was buying a Sentra, which is a lower-end Nissan, yet I never felt anything but a valued potential customer. I was offered a test drive of higher-end vehicles, but was never pressured to purchase a higher-end model. I think this is the telling bit—when they're every bit as nice and accommodating to a lower-end buyer as a higher-end one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and from me, that's pretty darned high praise. More

First and foremost, I love my new car. I traded in a Audi a-4 that has nothing on this new altima coupe.
