They are located in the Montgomery Auto Park which is conenient and easy to get in and out of. They met beyond my expectation of purchasing a vehicle - they answered all of my questions (I certainly had many) with due diligence and timely manner. I spoke with more than six dealers online or on the phone and visited a local dealer. I made an appointment for the 7,500 mile service. They were on time and completed the work within one hour, including washing the car by hand. Very friendly and always courteous. Everyone listens very well when you make requests and tell them if the car has a problem that needs to be addressed. If there is additional work that needs to be done Keith (or Greg or Rodd) always call to advise us or to ask if we want it done while the car is currently in the service area. If they need to order a part, we are advised as soon as it comes in. We always have access to a car to use while ours are being serviced. The new showroom and service area are terrific. The waiting area is very comfortable and customer friendly. When we are purchasing or thinking about purchasing (or leasing), both Van and Russell know what we like and dislike. This makes the process much easier and eliminates all of the hassles associated with a new car! We have been customers of Herb Gordon Nissan for over 20 years! Stephanie took the time to explian how the financing works and broke down the payments, interests and taxes into terms I could easliy understand and got me the best bang for my buck. While Larry and Charlie helped me to pick out the best car for me. They took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the vechicle, even helped me to fully understand the keyless entry all while helping me to program my favorite stations on the radio.
