If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would highly recommend sales rep Colby Carlson at the Auburn location for Herb Chambers of Toyota! I had gone to multiple Toyota dealerships looking for a specifi recommend sales rep Colby Carlson at the Auburn location for Herb Chambers of Toyota! I had gone to multiple Toyota dealerships looking for a specific year/make/model with certain packages and specific color of a vehicle and Colby was a pleasure to deal with and was able to get the vehicle in stock quickly. For the specific car I was looking for every other dealership did not have any in stock for at least 2+ months and Colby was able to locate the vehicle I wanted and get it delivered to his dealership within 2 weeks, which was also a relief considering I’m 9 months pregnant and wanted to make sure I had the SUV I wanted before delivery. When going to other dealerships in search of my desired vehicle I found the car buying process stressful and the sales reps to be smothering, so when I finally met Colby it was a relief to find someone who actually worked for me and got me what I wanted without feeling pressured or trying to persuade me to purchase something I was not interested in. I can definitely say that dealing with Colby really made the car purchasing process enjoyable and cannot thank him enough for his service. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle when test driving and able to answer any questions we had which was nice to have someone know what they’re talking about when spending a large sum of money. The other representatives I had dealt with at the dealership were also great. TJ one of the managers was able to extend my bumper to bumper warranty for longer amount of time/cheaper price and also was great to work with when reviewing additional packages they offer. I have to say my overall experience was great. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend Colby Carlson to assist you as he will get you what you want and make the process seamless. Service and tech issues with James B. concerning oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. Debris left on passenger floor, (addressed in person.) After oil change,I had to bring my car back in cause tire rotation was’nt done as requested. . (Jose Jijon-Gaspar was the technician) .Called to address the tire pressure issue with JIm and he just laughed and brushed me off! Called Jeff Krasner to further address the issues and he expressed no concern whatsoever by a don’t care attitude, getting rushed off the phone and practically hung up on! That’s very poor customer service! Rude as well! They show no concern for customers needs as they advertise! Made no effort to make things right! Very poor experience. I’ll take my oil change business elsewhere. I will not do business with Herb Chambers Toyota ever again. , More

We had a wonderful experience with Herb Chambers Toyota and especially with Julian in the service department. He helped us with our replacement of our flat tire (which was under warranty) he took care of e and especially with Julian in the service department.
