In particular he is accommodating, friendly, goes above and beyond to assist me whenever I need to have my car serviced. Not only does he do this for me but I have noticed that he is consistent with all the other customers. When I call the dealership, he is quick to answer his phone and if not will call me back right away. He communicates the status of my vehicle and explains in detail (in a non-mechanical language that I can understand) of that work that is needed to repair my vehicle and is upfront with pricing as to not put a customer in a difficult situation of having to pay for something that was not expected. I have options to go elsewhere for a more economical and convenient location to have my car repaired but I feel not only confident that the work is getting done properly but that the attention and service that I am given by Sean is one that I would not receive elsewhere. I had a very poor experience at this dealership. They misdiagnosed my cars issue twice and pushed serivices that I did not need.
