Horrible dealership. Had a terrible experience buying my car. Had a terrible experience dealing with them when my car was in transit after I purchased it. Now I came in for my first oil change and had a horrible experience. I was there 20 min before I was acknowledged by a service advisor. People in line behind me got their oil change done before me. It took them an hour and 15 min before they started mine. In total I was there almost 2.5 hours for a xxxx oil change More

I am a customer who waited literally 4 months to get my vehicle back from the body shop. They don’t know how to sympathize or have any empathy. They just attack. They are rude very rude. They expect me to pay for diagnostic test after they return the car. Did they fix it or not? Who knows! Unacceptable. I want to feel satisfied that my car has been repaired fully if the body shop is returning it to me. I don’t expect to run a diagnostic test to audit the work they have done. Then there is Susan Tarquini. She thinks she is the manager of the people who work for Honda plus the customers. Without listening she gives orders reaches conclusions. Does not have the ability to evaluate a situation like a manager and help the customer especially if the customer is a loyal one for the past 2 years. She wants to send thunderbolts with her immense arrogance and dictatorship. Find someone with managerial skills or give her training. As a matter of fact keep your technicians but fire all your administrative and sales personnel. Find people who can build trust and good relations with customers. If anybody asks me about Honda Chambers collision center I will say run away as fast as you can. The person in Honda chambers called Sean is a a hider He just hides away when there is a confrontation instead of supporting his customer. The Sean in the collision center does not know the features of Honda cars. Robert D.
