Robert and the service department did not do any work for 4 hours and all I needed was One tire replaced which was confirmed to be in stock when I set up my appointment. I told Robert I needed the car in 3 h 4 hours and all I needed was One tire replaced which was confirmed to be in stock when I set up my appointment. I told Robert I needed the car in 3 hours when I dropped it off and he assured it will be ready. Robert said he would call me to give an update on my warranty claim (a process that took 20 mins at an another tire shop, not 4 hours). He did not call me for 4 hours nor did he return two of my calls. His associate received my call twice and did not give me any updates as well. I got fed up with the dealership not giving any updates for four hours, so I walked back to see my car sitting in the parking lot as I left it. I wasted 4 hours for no work to get done. More

While they give the impression of being thorough, it’s clear that their primary focus is on making a profit rather than genuinely servin frustrating. I was told that oil change will take hour and a half to two hours because of short staff. Waited hour and a half during that time nobody contacted me what is going on with the service and I went to the d two hours because of short staff. Waited hour and a half during that time nobody contacted me what is going on with the service and I went to the desk to see what is going on, I asked the person at the desk to check out status of my car service, he said he will find out and left Desk didn’t show up for at the least of 20 minutes I asked the other people to find him and nobody could find him where he was. I was very upset and I asked for manager and I told the manager I rather cancel my service that day and will make another appointment. The manager checked out said my car was on the lift. Will be done in 10 minutes so I had to wait. In the meantime, the person at the Desk came back and I was pretty upset with him. I said to him he should handle Customer Service better than that, he got angry at me and yelling at me saying it’s been only three weeks Since he started working there. First of all his manner to Customer is not acceptable, he has no business to yelling at the customer instead, he should made an apology. Also he doesn’t know the things because he only worked there for three weeks. It’s not my problem obviously that is his problem. Someone need to train him and teach him what is good Customer Service. I left your place. Very unhappy. I do not want to tell you his name, but the manager should know who he is. My service was done at 9:45am on 8/21/24. More
