I have always had a good experience at this location, 4 years to be exact. But there is something awesome about Mr. Sean DaSilva that makes my visit even better. It gave Mr. Sean a chance to be more attentive to the customer before me, who seemed to need it. While Sebastian was awesome as well, handling the car check-ins and check-outs. This dealership did a great job repairing / replacing my sway bar links. I did not appreciate the fact that my service technician pushed me for a diagnostic test for $175 - which I declined. I will go to my sway bar links. I did not appreciate the fact that my service technician pushed me for a diagnostic test for $175 - which I declined. I will go to my regular mechanic for the diagnosis and may/may not return to Herb Chambers to repair the rear suspension and exhaust. (Had they done the diagnostic analysis for a more reasonable price, I would have definitely given them the business.) More
