I have always had a good experience at this location, 4 years to be exact. But there is something awesome about Mr. Sean DaSilva that makes my visit even better. My recent visit, Mr. Sean and Sebastian were juggling the "Saturday early birds" with finesse and ease. I greatly appreciate being recognized as a returning customer. It gave Mr. Sean a chance to be more attentive to the customer before me, who seemed to need it. While Sebastian was awesome as well, handling the car check-ins and check-outs. This dealership did a great job repairing / replacing my sway bar links. I did not appreciate the fact that my service technician pushed me for a diagnostic test for $175 - which I declined. I will go to my sway bar links. I did not appreciate the fact that my service technician pushed me for a diagnostic test for $175 - which I declined. I will go to my regular mechanic for the diagnosis and may/may not return to Herb Chambers to repair the rear suspension and exhaust. (Had they done the diagnostic analysis for a more reasonable price, I would have definitely given them the business.) More
