I was told he "1st annual service" for my 2015 Honda CRV Touring would run less than $100 and would only require "an hour or two." Imagine my surprise when I learned I would spend at least 3 hours in this uncustomer friendly environment and spend almost $500 on service. They apologized about the "confusion." Here I am 24 hours later waiting again in this shoddy space bcause they managed to screw up my vhicle. I broght in a car that ran perfectly. Despite paying for an alignment my vehicle now pulls to the left. Shoddy if not incomprtent service to say the least. They seem to have no concern for or understanding that my time is valuable. So here I sit ... Again. I'll find somone else to service my vehicle in the future. More

Had a flat fixed without an appointment !!! As I was going to work on 12/22/14 I discovered that I had a problem with one of my tires. I pulled my CRV over and on the passenger side tire in the back was going flat. I called Herb Chambers of Boston if I could bring my CRV down to be fixed. I didn't have an appointment scheduled,but they told me to bring it in,"no problem". My service advisor, Tony Yuen, was very helpful and made sure that my tire was fixed and my CRV was safely ready for the road. I was ready to go in about 1 and a half hours. Thanks Tony and thanks Herb Chambers for having such a great service advisor. My CRV was also given a free car wash, something I like about bringing my CRV to Herb Chambers for service! Best Experience at a Car Dealership In a Long Time I recently took my Honda Accord to get oil change and also do some maintenance checkup, I was overwhelmingly welcomed as soon as I walked into the doo I recently took my Honda Accord to get oil change and also do some maintenance checkup, I was overwhelmingly welcomed as soon as I walked into the door. Especially with service from Tony Yuen, he would go out of his way to answer all of my questions and concerns. Not only that, he would also try to find the best deal and price for my car. Best part is that I requested to have my car picked up by 4PM that afternoon due to the fact that I need to pick up my daughter from day care, and sure enough, he had my car washed and ready to go before 4PM. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone else that needs their Honda to be serviced. More

Pleasant and efficient I always go here with my much-loved 2012 Civic Si, and have always had good and prompt service. They know me there, I usually get to work with the same person (Tony Y.), and the repairs/maintenance are always done in the time quoted. And, to top it all off, they give the car a full wash, tire shine and everything! They are also able to work with me on issues specific to my car, which I've added a few mods to, which is unheard of for a dealership. Their prices are fair, and while I have found a few places that are a little cheaper, I've always had to return when they forgot to tighten something, etc.; here, they get it right the first time, every time.
