Herb Chambers Honda - Service Center

Didn't have parts and didn't complete work I was told I needed new tires but had to return next day as appropriate tire was not available. I was also told when the 2 new rear tires were replac I was told I needed new tires but had to return next day as appropriate tire was not available. I was also told when the 2 new rear tires were replaced, all tires would be rotated meaning new tires will end up in front. But new tires remained on back. Weather was cold and it took forever for my car to be checked in causing me to stay outside waiting in cold for a valet. More

Poor service experience I'm actually very unsatisfied with my recent service primarily because my issue was not resolved. I came into Herb to have a scraping noise in the lef I'm actually very unsatisfied with my recent service primarily because my issue was not resolved. I came into Herb to have a scraping noise in the left-rear wheel-well investigated and ended up leaving with new rear breaks that cost me over $1000 and no fix of the initial problem and sound. I was also told to give my car over $1000 of additional 100k service options for things like fluid flushes and filter changes and felt very uncomfortable with what was being pushed on me. My car is still making the noise and I'm no closer to having it solved. I'm actually not even sure I want to come back to the dealer after everything I've been charged, requested to be charged, and having the service be less than satisfactory. I've been coming to this location for the entirety of my ownership of this vehicle and although I used to leave more or less satisfied with the service I have had a bad taste in my mouth the past few visits, most noticeably on this most recent one. What do you do in these cases? More

Rejected Emissions Sticker & Never Said Anything Brought my car in for an update to the computer's software that was a free update similar to a recall. The mechanics did the update first which was supposed to take, based on what they told me over the phone and when I got there at 9:00 AM for my appointment, Upon checking in the valet suggest I get a new inspection sticker since it was 12 so I asked them to do that too. They ended up doing the inspection sticker after the update which resulted in me not getting my car back until nearly 12:45 and my 2016 Honda Accord received a Rejection Sticker for the emissions. I was told my car was all set went out to get it and headed home without realizing the car was rejected until i got home because no one at the dealership said a word about it. I called to complain, was unable to reach the service assistant and then never got a call back about it even though I was told I would. I had to call back to reach and was told I would have to drive around for a week with a Rejection Sticker and then have to take more time out of my schedule to go back here and get the care re-inspected. The service assistant also told me the sticker was done before the update even though the paperwork I have clearly states the test was done at 12:33. Huge inconvenience. More

Brakes, Noise and Rear Speaker Deck I asked for the right rear brakes to be checked because of a noise sounding like the caliper was sticking. I approved the work. The noise is still there. This is not the first time this has happened. I asked for the rear speaker deck to be fixed from vibrating. I've asked for this to be done twice along with other work. Each time driving away and halfway home the noise is back. I've given up on that repair. More

State inspection It was my first time in this shop I went to go get my state inspection the employee who took my car didn't explain to me what I need it to do when I g It was my first time in this shop I went to go get my state inspection the employee who took my car didn't explain to me what I need it to do when I go in he just told me to just go in and have a seat I was there at 9am and it was 1pm and nobody told me anything about car until I got very mad and went to customer service and they was very surprise that I still had the paper that the guy gave me when I came in because I suppose to go to customer service first and then seat down something that the employee that took my car never told me and explain to me what I need it to do when he knew it was my first time there so my experience was very bad and very disappointed I don't think would come here anymore.
