Great customer service On 12/16, I was the last customer and the store suppose to close at 6pm and all the employees suppose to attend a holiday party right after that. PERFECT 10 STAR SERVICE! I only come to HCH for both of our cars. This service department is simply perfect from the time you arrive to the time you leave. Every once in a while when there are a number of things on the docket, they provide me a service item like an oil change free of charge, though on a few other occasions a parts charge has been a little high (e.g. I was quoted $500 for replacement of one foglight and cover) - though I've no reason to think there's anything untoward about those charges.
