Service appointment I had an airbag replaced due to Manufacturer Recall. Also had my oil changed. The airbag was free, the oil change was $20 cheaper than most places. She told me what the mechanics found while inspecting my car and what they recommended be done and when. Nicole answered all my questions and made sure I understood. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over two hours. (I had been told 2 1/2 to 3 hours when I made the appointment.) Very good service from Nicole and the Service Dept. More

Kyle also provided me with his business card in case a had other questions or concerns after my visit. I was presented with a Honda keychain and complimentary car wash when my oil change was done. Great customer service, friendly staff, and wait time was not bad (just a little over an hour with no appointment) I will be coming here everytime I need to service my vehicle. thank you Kyle for your service and commitment to endure I had a great experience you guys have gained a new customer :) More

Instead of just sitting down in the waiting area and not doing nothing I was going to walk over to Toyota next door and look at the New Camry. As I was leaving Trevor approached me and asked how my visit is going, which led to me telling him about my interest of the new Honda Accord vs. the Toyota Camry. I told Trevor I am not buying anything today, which usually gets the sales people to walk away but Trevor smiled and still insisted on answering my questions and also allowed me to test drive the 2019 Honda Accord. I am coming back to buy my Honda Accord from Trevor Veerana! More
