Hello General Manager Pasquerella, Thank you for responding personally to my complaint. During these 4 months the body was trying to repair my car I received a letter from you saying you would like to buy my car at a good price. I thought to myself maybe they want to force me to sell the car that is why the repair is taking 4 months. I want to be open that is exactly what crossed my mind. After all it was a very minor accident with damage only on the windshield and the car was at only 10000 miles. Kindly note that, I do really appreciate your response and attention, hearing my complaint. PS the name of the administrative staff at the collision center is not Julia Anderson but Julia Peterson. FYI
