I brought my car in to see what was wrong with my car, I was charge 200$ for a diagnostic test, however code p2096 was the problem , and that problem was ignored (Bank1) instead that go to (bank2) and tel was charge 200$ for a diagnostic test, however code p2096 was the problem , and that problem was ignored (Bank1) instead that go to (bank2) and tell me I have to get a new cataylac converter, i payed to find out what's wrong with my car and I didn't get what I paid for, i had to go to another Machanic to find out what was the main problem for that code, I come to honda cause I believe that I would get 100% quality service and I can trust yall I did not get this service that I expected to get....
