I brought my car into service a couple weeks ago and Sean Desilva was the one who attended to my car service. He was professional and showed great customer service skills, and even went above and beyond as f Desilva was the one who attended to my car service. He was professional and showed great customer service skills, and even went above and beyond as far as taking the time to keep me in the loop about everything pertaining to the services my car needed; Sean even came into work on his day off to make sure the car was being worked on so that I can get it back sooner. My experience with this dealership is relatively new so I am still evaluating it. I wasn’t too happy with the automated scheduling via phone. As usual with automated service you can’t get a question answer am still evaluating it. I wasn’t too happy with the automated scheduling via phone. I’d like the service technicians to do their work without leaving grease marks on my floor mats and the inside of the car where the body meets the door. The work was done in a timely way and the text process works ok. More
