Although the internet makes the process of making the purchase, Herb Chambers always comes in the lowest. This is the second time buying a car, Honda from your company, the first being Dec. 23rd 2013. I enjoyed the easy process so much, that I made may second purchase here. The only "bump" in the road, was trying to find the color, (Modern Steal) with black leather interior that my wife fell in love with, in a four cylinder. Your sales team of the Sales Manager, Mr. Forest Frangiamore, Internet Sales person, Andrew, and Mr. Fabian Garcia, who once I made the purchase, stood out in 17 degree weather to show me all of the features. Also Mr. Lascelles McKenzie, Business Manager and the man I did all the "Legal" paperwork with. I ended up upgrading to the V6 to keep the colors my wife wanted. I already had a Mr. Timothy Broman purchase a vehicle from you Dec. 23rd, 2013 and is currently waiting to see the new 2017 CRV. More

Brakes, Noise and Rear Speaker Deck I asked for the right rear brakes to be checked because of a noise sounding like the caliper was sticking. I was told all 4 needed to be done for $12 I asked for the right rear brakes to be checked because of a noise sounding like the caliper was sticking. I was told all 4 needed to be done for $1200. I approved the work. The noise is still there. This is not the first time this has happened. I asked for the rear speaker deck to be fixed from vibrating. I've asked for this to be done twice along with other work. Each time driving away and halfway home the noise is back. I've given up on that repair. More

I mentioned that to the service person, and she was willing to price match for me.. State inspection It was my first time in this shop I went to go get my state inspection the employee who took my car didn't explain to me what I need it to do when I g It was my first time in this shop I went to go get my state inspection the employee who took my car didn't explain to me what I need it to do when I go in he just told me to just go in and have a seat I was there at 9am and it was 1pm and nobody told me anything about car until I got very mad and went to customer service and they was very surprise that I still had the paper that the guy gave me when I came in because I suppose to go to customer service first and then seat down something that the employee that took my car never told me and explain to me what I need it to do when he knew it was my first time there so my experience was very bad and very disappointed I don't think would come here anymore. More
