I Well considering we just “came to look” 30 minutes before closing and ended up purchasing a vehicle with an hour I’d say it was a pretty good experience. Our Honda broke down, late in the day, while we were out of town. Hennessey Honda's Service Department was able to work us in, did not take advantage of an opportunity to price gouge us, and got us back out of town. I purchased my very first brand new vehicle on Christmas Eve 2021. The sale was easy and Julie was very receptive. Since then I have put 11k miles on it and had been nothing but trouble. Severe safety issue Eve 2021. The sale was easy and Julie was very receptive. Since then I have put 11k miles on it and had been nothing but trouble. Severe safety issues like braking with nothing around to cause it and without properly sensing the back prior so people think you're brake checking them, shifting into neutral from drive (loss of drive gear) while driving, shifting from drive into sport from drive while driving, and the icing on the cake was when it physically turned itself on in the service drive. My service advisor (Kevin Setters) very quickly said "I didn't see anything" when I said the radio came on (accessories would often come on themselves) and then asked if it were on the same station I was listening to. (Ummmm, missing the point here) The valet that was there saw my van turn the radio on and said it happened to his vehicle often. What we didn't realize until Kevin just pushed drive to pull out was that it wasn't just accessories but the van physically started itself. I asked Kevin (with the head mechanic) if he started the van. He said no, I just put it in drive. (Which I knew before asking because I watched the whole thing) It was absolutely terrifying and their main concern before I refused to leave in my van was that they got the strains off my moon roof and visors that their service team left while installing the new one. I told him I was not taking the vehicle home and was directed to Scott Bailey's office for a sit down to discuss the issues. I showed him videos of my TPMS malfunctions, my infotainment not connecting, my cluster wobbling and looking like there was a bad connection, and then my cluster showing zero information for my tires. Along with service messages from Honda which didn't show with any data recording of failures with my vehicle. So, my brand new nearly 50k van was not sending any information about failures it was experiencing and they wanted to send me home in it and drive my family in it. While it starts itself (what happens when a car is started in a garage while you slept?????), Shifts itself, loses drive gear, brakes itself, and does not send any data back to Honda. This is not mentioning the paint issues, puckering of the headliner, Bluetooth connection not working half the time, radio randomly turning off and not being able to turn back on after restarting the van three times, radio turning off then getting an error message and it changing to the ground station 87.9 (not sending data on that either), weird cracking noises coming from my speakers, a driver's side mirror that shook so bad it was completely useless, back hatch resetting itself and only lifting halfway, TPMS problems that came on every ten minutes for two minutes then self resolved, not being able to see my tire pressure on my cluster, not being able to see any phone info on my cluster, cluster going completely black while driving and looking like the whole vehicle was off, saying side roads had 100mph speed limits, and the back seats being incredibly hard to fold flat. However Hennessy maintains nothing is wrong, they can't duplicate the safety concerns, and there are no other reports of any of this happening. Yet there are multiple TSB'S on the systems that run the vehicle being potentially deadly because of malfunctions. The CMBS Which when malfunctioning can cause unpredictable braking is currently facing lawsuits.... But these things don't exist, right? They play you like a dumb girl who knows nothing about cars and have an expectation that you will just sit back and take whatever they say as truth. All while improperly documenting things on service forms, and getting rid of valets who witness problems they don't want to admit exist. Do not take your cars here. Do not buy your cars here. Definitely do not trade your cars here!!!! They offered me 37k on my 47k van that I don't want to trade, but will not drive. "Because they know the situation." Carvana offered 41k sight unseen. (Which would go up upon seeing it) I will not sell this van. I will not pass on a death trap to another family. Hennessy needs to take care of this!!!!!! More

So helpful always, no matter the service or job.
