Although i could not do business with Hennessey Honda for a NEW vehicle purchase, I selected them for Servicing my new HONDA. After visiting several dealerships and feeling that I was being forced into a car I did not want, my visit to Hennessey Honda of Woodstock was quite PLEASANT. Pat Mathewson’s ability to assist me in locating being forced into a car I did not want, my visit to Hennessey Honda of Woodstock was quite PLEASANT. Pat Mathewson’s ability to assist me in locating a CRV that suited my needs made my search effortless so much so that I purchased my car within 24 hours after test driving one of their SUVs. I brought my son-in-law along for support believing that I would be forced into a car not of my choosing. But in the end, both he and my daughter were quite impressed with Ms. Mathewson’s salesmanship, they too purchased a Honda Pilot on the same day. Another customer approached me and asked who was assisting me, I gladly with a wide smile pointed her to Ms. Matthewson. The customer drove off in her CRV, quite happy! I would recommend and have recommended my friends to visit Hennessy Honda of Woodstock. More
Demond Morris made my Son and I feel right at home, the minute we walked into the Dealership. We were on very limited time frame, so he prepared everything needed doing ahead, before we got there. Great experience. I did all my research over the internet and asked a wide variety of Honda dealers in the Atlanta area to give me bids. I purchased a 2011 Odyssey from Hennessy in early October. Here's what made it great: - I communicated mostly by email and both Stacey and Jeff were responsive and thorough. They didn't disparage other dealers, promise too good to be true prices, or send me form letters or advertising. - Hennessy listened to my situation. I was hoping to have the car in time for a family vacation, but new the new model was only due out days before. Without promising to meet the tight deadline, Jeff walked me through the date my vehicle was coming off the line and the normal steps and timing that he would expect. And I got the car by my desired date. - Hennessy offered a fair price. I took the first vehicle of the new model year that arrived at their dealership. They could have commanded a steep premium, but didn't. - I received regular communications from Jeff and Stacey about where the car was in the pipeline - even simple things like.. "I've got the VIN number." Made me very comfortable. - When I took delivery, Jeff immediately pointed out a small scratch in the windshield (which I would probably not have noticed). He promised a hassle-free replacement after my family trip. Sure enough, I received a phone call 2 weeks later to schedule the repair. I could not have had a better experience. Great people and a great car. More

Of the 3 Honda stores we contacted online to buy a 2011 Odessey, Stacey Fellini (Internet sales) and Jeff Johnson were the most helpful. Since the 2011's were barely on dealer lots when we first spoke 5 weeks ago, the color/equipment we wanted were not available. They promised delivery November 19th - 21st. Jeff called on the 19th to let me know that the car had arrived and was being prepped for delivery; and that I could pick it up that evening. I was in and out in an hour - the easiest car purchase I have ever made. More
Although this was not my first Honda purchase, it was my first purchase from this dealership and it could not have been more exceptional! He knew that I was willing to take my time to find exactly what I wanted since I plan to drive my new 2011 Odyssey for 200,000+ miles. I was thrilled when he found me what I wanted within days. Tammy helped communicate the financing and delivery options. We all worked together and I got the exact car I wanted (I can be picky!) and at a price we were all happy with. I would encourage anyone interested in purchasing a Honda to drop by Honda of Woodstock first. You won't need to go any further. Ask for Dusty!! More
Hennessy Honda was the third Honda dealership I went to, after dealing with the typical run around with two other dealers. I honestly went to Hennessy Honda expecting the same, but very quickly discovered after dealing with the typical run around with two other dealers. I honestly went to Hennessy Honda expecting the same, but very quickly discovered a difference in the way this dealership treated me. No horse and pony show, no gimmicks, no high pressure. I had three requirements for doing business with them, which were 1. Give me a good deal on the price of the car, 2. Give me a fair value for my trade in, and 3. Get me financing terms that would meet my needs. Within minutes of talking through the particulars with Eric, he presented me with a deal that was better than what I expected. I also have to give mention to Demond Morris, who was there for me answering questions and following up during the entire process. My car was on its way from Canada, and Demond was following up on it every step of the way. He listened, he answered questions, and he gave it to me straight. When I took delivery of the vehicle, he spent a long time with me showing me how the navigation system worked, and helped me get it all set up to work with my phone. I also had almost every accessory available installed on my car, and the service shop did that with great care and in a very timely manner. Every part of my interaction with Hennessy Honda was head and shoulders above the other dealers, and they turned what is usually a stressful and unpleasant experience into one that was a pleasure. Many thanks to Eric and Demond- it was worth the drive to Woodstock to work with you! More
I went looking for my first new car because my car had broken down beyond fixing, so it already wasn't a pleasant experience to begin with. Then, I had dealt with other dealerships that were not very nice to me, which I just assumed was because and was a young girl. I was contacted by Tammy after I had asked for an online quote from Hennessy. She gave me a reasonable quote over email, which I appreciated because most places wanted to talk to me on the phone. This irritated me, as I did not have time to talk with every internet sales person from every dealership in the city. Also, it was a lot easier and clearer to have what was said in writing (which is probably why many places did not want to do that). But Tammy continued to communicate with me over email, answering any question I had. Her cooperation with me was ultimately what made me decide to go visit the dealership. They had the car I wanted in stock at a great price. Fred was very quick to correct any problems that might have occurred in the whole process. Car buying it seems is never easy, but I had been to a few dealerships in my search, and I was treated by far the best at Hennessy. I had done my research and knew I received a reasonable price on the car. I love my car, and I will definitely return to Hennessy if I ever need anything else. More

Dean was able to help with the sale, although the price I was given as the E-PRice is non-negotiable =(. I still got a great price, and with an excellent credit score I got a great rate of interest. I haven't had to get any service yet, but I believe everything will be fine. I would recommend Hennessy Honda to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle! More
