I have a 2005 Pilot that had the brakes apply (on its own)on Highway 41 and come to a dead stop in the road almost causing a rear end collision with my wife driving and son with her. The dealership checked it out and found two brake system failures but they seemed to be working okay now so did no repair as they had no idea what caused these failures. They advised me that it would be okay to drive the car. I really appreciate their not doing any unnecessary repairs and charging us for them, however this does not make this life threatening situation go away. Honda America denies ever hearing of this issue yet I have found several cases on the internet of this exact thing happening. I really fault Honda America mostly however, I feel that this dealership could pursue this issue further in a more timely manner if they wanted to. More

Was only pricing an Accord but knew I was going to buy within a few days. Planned on using another Honda Dealership where I had bought my prior Honda. Scott (finance) was wonderful, explaining everything and working with me to get the car while waiting for an insurance check. Over the past 25 years, I have driven nothing but Hondas (4 of them) and this was the most relaxed I have been while purchasing one. The orignal dealership tried to get me to purchase from them, with a lower price, but I stayed with Mike as I believe I got a good deal with no runaround. Anne Jones More
