We were in the mkt for an additional for the family. And we were looking for a CRV EX-L with certain accessories and options. As well as with a specific color of exterior/interior. The customer service I received from Sharon Robertson was exceptional! Her professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to helping us was outstanding! We worked together via email/phone after reviewing the inventory online. She was able to provide us details about several cars as well as answered our questions without hesitation. Which to me, meant she knew the product(s). We drive 30+ miles during rush hour to see their inventory due to the dedication and professionalism of Sharon. She was prepared with the details we spoke of; and provided us with the ability to see each vehicle that met our needs. She was dedicated to ensuring she understood our needs, purchasing details and clearly knew the details of the vehicles.. And most of all, ensuring our satisfaction while going thru the process. We are very pleased that we were able to do business with Hennessy. And more importantly, we were so thrilled with the car purchasing experience that was provided to us by sharon. We have 5 cars in our family, and a car purchase isn't a trivial thing. The quotes and discussions provided over the phone and via internet was exactly what we had provided to us once there. No pressure sales tactics; their integrity to their word. Which was very important to us. And the integrity was second to none. Their integrity and dedication was above all other dealerships we worked with in the metro area. We were totally satisfied with Hennessy Honda. Our next car purchase will most certainly have us travel to Hennessy Honda in Woodstock. And would recommend Hennessy as well as Sharon to others in the market for a car. More

The car I wanted to purchase,a 2012 Honda Civic LX coupe, was turn key ready when I arrived at the dealeship to test drive the car. This action wasn't a sales pressure tactic. It was a fine example of what customer service should be. I had to drive over an hour to visit the dealership from my home. It was a drive well worth it. The sale price of the car, no hi pressure sales experience, and level of customer service received, will have me making the journey to Hennessy Honda of Woodstock again when I am in the market to purchase another car. Moreover, I wished the dealership was closer to my home. So, I could have all my warranty and service work done there. The service department was wide open when I arrived at the dealership at 7:00AM. I had to get an early jump on the Atlant traffic since I was commuting such a long distance from my home. More

I have never known any other Honda dealership that took the time to develop a good relationship in such a short time, as I have with Hennessy Honda. Even after the first attempt to purchase two new 2011 CRVs fell through due to finances, Hennessy never gave up on me and I now have a his and her 2012 CRV purchased at a reasonable price. Thank you to Fred Roberts for not only his patience, but his demeanor when we returned. He never was a bother, but kept in touch throughout. No other dealers from Honda to Kia dealt as well with an individual who wanted what he wanted below MSRP. Should Hennessy Service show the same customer service as I received from sales, I may be recommending them as well in the near future.
