I am very happy with the purchase of a new 2012 Accord EX-L. I worked with Stacey via email and had the out-the-door price of the car established before I arrived at the dealership. The process was easy and Bob had the car already prepped for delivery when I arrived. Taking the test drive and going through finance took less than 90 minutes and I was on my way. I hate this process. Buying a new car is frighting knowing the dealers were going to fast talk me or try to confuse me into making a decision that would cost me not only my hard earned money but my pr knowing the dealers were going to fast talk me or try to confuse me into making a decision that would cost me not only my hard earned money but my pride as well. Since my time is stetched thin these day I send requests for quotes via email to all the dealers with large inventories in SC, NC, and GA. Larger inventory, greater the need to move these 2012 vehicles before the 2013s come rolling in, right? Nope. Economy is down, dealer will be willing to negociate to beat out the competitor, right? Apparently not. Apparently the car dealers are doing just fine because I received these responses when I took Hennessy Honda's bottom line quote and tried to negociate with the other dealers..."we only save our lowest prices for our showroom customers", "I don't think you're willing to drive all the way here to purchase a vehicle", "we decline your offer" (one sentence email), "we can negociate when you make a realistic offer", "they won't honor that when you get there, call me when that happens", and my personal favorite "if you think you they will actually honor that price at the other dealership, I suggest you go to them because we're not willing to lose $1000 to get your business". Hennessy Honda not only gave me the lowest price for a 2012 Honda CR-V EX in SC, NC, and GA, I feel thEy gave me the same customer service and respect they would have given if I was standing the showroom. I made an appointment with the internet sales manager and drove 4 hours to find they DO honor their quotes. Although, I was guarded, looking, waiting for them to sneak in the extra fees or try to up sell me to the EX-L or something, it didn't happen. I had a great car buying experience at Hennessey Honda. Well worth the 8 hour round trip to buy a car less than the TMV. More

When I first started looking for a brand new Honda-CRV, stacey gave me a very competitive quote and invited me to visit her dealership. Having endured the new car purchase experience at least a dozen times, I am extremely distrusting of ALL dealerships and generally consider them a notch below debt collectors. I am typically obstinate and guarded during negotiations. Despite my skepticism, I was completely pleased by Mike Heidelbach and Hennessy Honda during our purchase last weekend of a 2012 CRV. Mike was friendly, professional, and transparent throughout the process. We negotiated a fair price by e-mail and the price didn't change when I walked into the dealership. My trade value, although somewhat less than I expected, was fair. Mike was able to overcome my objections to the dealer add-ons. ($88 for nitrogen in my tires? Come on, guys. That's just silly. The air we breath is 78% nitrogen. The extra 22% does not have a single benefit in road tires. There is only a measurable benefit when nitrogen is used to fill high-altutude aircraft tires.) I am a consumer rights attorney with a lot of experience suing crooked car dealers, particularly franchised new car dealerships. I don't think I'll ever find Hennessy Honda on my "hit list" if they treat all customers like they treated me. More

My 10-year experience with Exceptional Service with Hennessy Honda's Kevin Etters is solely what drove my desire to buy my next car at Hennessy. Well, that and the fact that Kevin exclusively helped me keep my 2002 CR-V (bought new from Hennessy) going with 187,000 miles on it. But when I liked the looks of the 2012 enough to check into it, Tammy Odum and Sharon Robertson gave me all the information I needed. There was no pressure at all, just helpful interest. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and made the sales experience refreshingly unintimidating. The test drive with Sharon was very detailed and informative, and Sharon walked me through all the necessary paperwork as quickly as possible. After the sale, she easily got me set up with the car's electronics and paired my phone to the system. In fact, both Sharon and Tammy spent more time with me after the sale than before it, to be sure I understood the basics of what the computer, I mean car, could do. (That was the only intimidation to me, the fact that the Navi's manual is as thick as the Owner's Manual, and requires a quick-start "Cliff's Notes" to get you going!) Scott Thompson spent plenty of time with me researching the best financial options, and I felt that I was dealing with friends. Honda has a great product, and Hennessy has a great family. More
