Regarding Car Service I really disappointed with Hennessy Honda Service.I bought brand new Honda Civic 2015 model from Hennessy Honda, Woodstock. My base engine guard (Eng I really disappointed with Hennessy Honda Service.I bought brand new Honda Civic 2015 model from Hennessy Honda, Woodstock. My base engine guard (Engine splash guard) was broken due to damaged tire object hit on the road. When i asked Estimated Cost of repair from hennesy Service center. They gave me $ 373.00 in total . Splash guard cost is $170.00 and labor cost is $150.00. I didnt complete my First service also. After i took into another Honda dealer they charged only $150.00 in total for Parts and labor cost along with First service including Oil change. More

Stacey provided me exactly what I requested the first time around. It ended up that no other dealership could match the price from Hennessey. So, a week later I went in for a test drive. I worked with Phillip that day. He was very patient, and allowed me to drive 3 different vehicles. Everyone was extremely friendly, and there was no pressure what so ever. I left the dealership that day undecided on the vehicle. Stacey followed up with me a few days later via email, which I appreciated. After looking at a few different vehicles, from different dealerships, and not having a positive experience I came back to Hennessey to buy from them. Fantastic experience!! Our salesperson, Claude created the perfect environment to buy a car in. He listened intently to our needs and was able to locate our dream minivan. We weren't happy with our old dealership so we decided to drive a little further to Hennessy Honda in Woodstock. So glad we did!! This dealership has a great kid's room (that is sound proof).
