Great Experience - Thank you On our visit to Hennessy, our intention was to test drive and get pricing information only but we ended up buying the car the same day. Claude was tho On our visit to Hennessy, our intention was to test drive and get pricing information only but we ended up buying the car the same day. Claude was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable about the Accord and professional in his approach. The process was a rational discussion and a reasonable agreement between buyer and seller - not the stereotypical car buying experience that most people dread or what I've been subjected to in the past. Scott handled the financial details and was also professional throughout. The car was ready within a few hours and I am very pleased with it. I rated Price as Good and that is not meant as a negative comment. It was a fair compromise for both sides (at least from my viewpoint). Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely return to Hennessy for future car purchases. Thank you all. More
Horrible CS I just called to drop the gap coverage on a car I purchased at Hennessy. After being transferred to the business office, I was told, by a man lacki I just called to drop the gap coverage on a car I purchased at Hennessy. After being transferred to the business office, I was told, by a man lacking any cs skills, that he could not send the form as I do not have a fax machine. Upon asking his name, I was hung up on. Such poor way to do business! Filing a BBB complaint! More
Ripped Off! On September 2, 2014, I purchased a titled new 2014 Honda Accord Sport driven approximately 4000 miles. On the surface, the Accord appeared in pristin On September 2, 2014, I purchased a titled new 2014 Honda Accord Sport driven approximately 4000 miles. On the surface, the Accord appeared in pristine condition. However, after driving the Accord at night and in the direction of the sun I observed major damage to the front of the car. The windshield, headlights, fog lights, front grill, bumper and paint have been severely pitted by an unknown force. It appears the car was driven in a hail and ice storm or behind a sand truck. Based on my estimates the repairs will cost approximately $7,000 to $10,000 dollars. Adding insult to injury, even if the windshield and the paint were refurbished the repairs would be inferior to the original factor paint job and the factor installed windshield. However, of all the damage, my greatest concern involves the windshield, as the refracting light is distracting and creates unsafe driving conditions. In my extensive and exhausting efforts to obtain help, my first though was to call Honda of America. However, they claim the damage is not a warranty item and not their problem. I was told by Honda of America, "Consumer Beware." I then spoke with the Hennessy Honda general, sales and service managers and was told the damage is normal wear and tear. Nevertheless, my assertions have been validated by an unbiased Honda dealership with nothing to gain or lose by substantiating the damage is more severe than what an individual of reasonable intelligence would conclude is normal wear and tear. This particular dealership also stated they thought the Accord had additional damage from some kind of over-spray on the exterior of the car. Neither Honda of America nor Hennessy Honda will accept any responsibility for the excessive damage and both have stated it is the other's problem. In my opinion, they could not be more wrong. Shifting responsibility to circumvent accountability is unethical. When I think Honda, I do make a distinction between Honda of America and Hennessy Honda. I believe they are equally answerable. Bottom line, I made the mistake of trusting Honda (Honda of America and Hennessy Honda) and feel exploited. It seems both are surviving on their once stellar reputations. My advice to you is to restrain from purchasing a Honda. Furthermore, at all cost, avoid any form of trade with Hennessy Honda. More

I called to get a final out the door price and it was very good. I made an appointment for the next day, drove the exact car I wanted and decided to buy. There were no surprises with the price and they also beat the financing I had pre-arranged. Stacey and her associate Jimmie Bracken were courteous and helpful all the way. The Hennessy Honda team was exceptionally accommodating, polite, and respectful of our time when helping us find our new car. As usual, Honda impressed us with an awesome vehicle at a good price point, and we agree that the 2014 Accord Hybrid Touring is a truly amazing automobile. Kudos to Stacey, Tommy, Mike, and Dusty for working together to make our car buying experience a remarkable one! More
New Honda Buyer I spent a lot of time talking to dealers on the phone getting them to send me information, etc. My car the 2015 Fit was slow coming in and therefore I I spent a lot of time talking to dealers on the phone getting them to send me information, etc. My car the 2015 Fit was slow coming in and therefore I learned many things about buying car and finding good people to work with. I think that is the important part. Prices vary some for different reasons but if you have done your homework you will know what to expect. I highly recommend having an email with from your dealer with the exact drive out price. Hennessy Honda people were wonderful to deal with. They did not throw me any bull put were forthright and honest. My special thanks to Stacy, Damian and their team. Also to Michael who makes financing a breeze. Thanks Guys More
Just bought my second Honda from Hennessey. Great experience I just sold my 14 year old Honda civic with 213,000+ miles on it and was terribly sad. While at the dealership I test drove the Honda CRV after driving other manufacturers that day. Armando took me for that drive and was so friendly, not pushing and just overall a pleasant experience. When it came time to decide, my service guy of 14 years Kevin Etters and our previous sales person, Eric Heiter, helped make the final decision. Buying a car is one of my least favorite activities, just behind refinancing a home, but Armando, Eric and Kevin helped make it less stressful and an exciting experience. I abhor high pressure sales and this was very far from that. I am looking toward my continued 14 year relationship with Hennessey and hopefully beyond. More
