Unfortunately, Chad had a family emergency so he wasn't able to meet the following business day but he had the paperwork ready (no hidden costs) so I began working with David Jackson aka "DJ" to look the car over, he spent most of the morning answering my questions, showing me how to use all of the features on the car, didn't try to talk me into buying anything extra (he showed me the accessory book) and only added the items I requested. Fast forward to finance - I worked with Kyle Godfrey - again, didn't try to talk me into taking the extended warranty and even got me a better interest rate than my credit union. I must say they made what is an arduous process much more pleasant. My dad's side of the family will not drive anything except a Honda - I've already told them about my experience. More

Well, your dealership is the only place I bring my car and I guess he didn't check my history before talking to me. The dealership was very busy that morning and I can understand if he didn't have the time to check. Not a big deal. I like the point inspection that is done with every service. I get the carbon and my only issue is that I can't read it very well. And I DO read it. :-) More
