Customer Service Things didn't start well, but, as my company would say "Hennessey made it right!" in the end. Through a mishap, my car was not written up. But Henness Things didn't start well, but, as my company would say "Hennessey made it right!" in the end. Through a mishap, my car was not written up. But Hennessey did more than I would have asked to correct the oversight and followed up with me to understand how they could have done better, to show they care. Shout out to Peter Franks my Service Advisor and to their Service Manager who empowers his employees to take care of the guest. More

I was working with Conrad on pricing by email. Yesterday I asked me to simply reconfirm the pricing he had previously emailed me since we had changed a few options. I also left a voicemail on his cell phone to tell him we were buying within 24 to 48 hours. 19 hours later Conrad finally responds to me and misread my detailed options email three different times. When he finally got it right and sent me an email, I asked him to call me. Guess what? By the time he called me due to the 19-hour delay, the car was no longer available and wouldn't be available until the end of this month. The sad thing is they were competitive on price but I will not waste my time with them for future purchases ever. Very slack customer service while trying to purchase a $35,000+ new car. More

**DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP**I took my **DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP** I took my car in for its first oil change. When I picked it up and got home I noticed there was damage **DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP** I took my car in for its first oil change. When I picked it up and got home I noticed there was damage to the my steering wheel. I called Lindsay the service advisor that helped me and told her about it. I had to take it back that day for some other issues I was having with my screen and cruise control and Lindsay said the new service advisor Tiffany would assist when I brought it in. When I brought it in she saw the damage took a picture of it and that they would take care of it. When I went to pick it up it was almost closing time and Tiffany was gone and only one service person was there (Peter-nice guy). They said nothing was wrong with my cruise control but he and I figured it out when I picked it up.. all good. Then I asked about my steering wheel, he said oh I don't see that on your service receipt, call Tiffany in the morning. I text her when I got home and didn't hear back in the morning so I sent another text. Her response was that there is no proof it happened there so they will not cover it. I explained to her that I wouldn't say they did it if it wasn't done there. I am not that type of person. I then called to speak with with GM Jerry Goodard and never heard from him. I got a call from the service manger Matt Sell and he said the same thing Tiffany said and I told him the same thing I told her. He was very rude, condescending, and kept talking over me. My coworker loves my car so much he is going to get one himself but I will definitely tell him to go somewhere else. I am not a liar (how they made me feel) and I am not one to complain or make a big deal about things but this is a brand new car (5300 miles), I love my car, and I take care of my car. So for them to pretty much accuse me of lying and not making it right is a problem. I work very closely with a major fleet management company and will never recommend this dealership to any of my clients, friends, or family. If you are looking for a Honda and or need Honda service it's worth driving a bit further to Honda Carland in Roswell. That's where I bought my car from and regret taking my car to Hennessy Honda.. it was just convenient to my job location. More
