Terrible customer service and actual car service Bought a new 2019 Honda last year. Car was great for a week before developing a nasty sound on the wheels. Took it to service and was told there was nothing wrong with it but that they had went ahead and fixed the hubcap. Driving off the lot, the sound is still there. I immediately took it back in and showed them. They then told me the service manager would speak to me. 10 minutes passed and another service person came out and told me the service manager was too busy but the sound is being caused by the hubcap and they cannot fix it until Honda corp gives them a reason. Took the car back three more times and they replaced the tire, wheel, and hubcap. Sound not only persisted but had developed on the rest of the wheels. Finally, Honda corp came out to take a look at it. I left my car at the dealer for 4 days and 4 nights at their request so they could fix it. Honda corp said they were unable to take a look at the car because it had rained on day 4. I asked what about days 1-3 and they said they had no knowledge of those days. Honda corp said the sound was being caused by faulty hubcaps but refused to replace them or give new wheels since they could not confirm that the hubcaps were causing the sound even thought they literally told me that was the issue and had written it in the service record. Stormed off cursing them and their corp greed. Service manager then changed what was on the service record so that it no longer stated hubcap was causing the issue. HH also gave me a defective tire when they did the initial replacement. Sold the Honda a couple months later to avoid further issues. Trashy and unprofessional service. Honda should be ashamed of this dealership. Will never buy Honda again. More

Customer Service Things didn't start well, but, as my company would say "Hennessey made it right!" in the end. Through a mishap, my car was not written up. But Hennessey did more than I would have asked to correct the oversight and followed up with me to understand how they could have done better, to show they care. Shout out to Peter Franks my Service Advisor and to their Service Manager who empowers his employees to take care of the guest. More

I was working with Conrad on pricing by email. Yesterday I asked me to simply reconfirm the pricing he had previously emailed me since we had changed a few options. I also left a voicemail on his cell phone to tell him we were buying within 24 to 48 hours. 19 hours later Conrad finally responds to me and misread my detailed options email three different times. When he finally got it right and sent me an email, I asked him to call me. Guess what? By the time he called me due to the 19-hour delay, the car was no longer available and wouldn't be available until the end of this month. The sad thing is they were competitive on price but I will not waste my time with them for future purchases ever. Very slack customer service while trying to purchase a $35,000+ new car. More
