I will never ever buy a car from this place ever again! If I could write a review with no stars right now I would! This is a terrible place to buy a car from. I bought a car from this location NOT EVEN A YEAR AGO and now I need to get a whole new one because they sold me a LEMON!! When I took the car home, I noticed some things about it that I didn't notice while I test driving the car. 1st of all... Before I even get into that... The car was DIRTY! Nobody cleaned it before they gave it to me. The previous owner had some CD's in there still and more. I wasn't so much worried with the look of the car.. I just wanted something that could get me to and from work. Anyways, as soon as I got home, I called them. The brakes were HORRIBLE. I can't even believe they let me drive off the lot with messed up brakes like that. I told them that I was bringing the car back the next day for them to fix and to actually PROPERLY check it out and make sure it's all good. I dropped it off and then they call me letting me know that it's fixed and it's ready. I politely ask them what did they fix and if they would please give me a paper stating that they checked the car out and fixed everything that was listed. They kept dodging my question and they kept saying no about giving me papers stating what they fixed. I should've really saw that as a RED FLAG! I was thinking maybe it was okay because I bought it from a dealership but oh my gosh! I was so wrong. I took the car home and called them asking asking if they had papers and if I could get papers for the car just in case. They kept refusing to give me anything. On the 7th day of me having the car, I decided to call them and tell them that the car isn't fixed and that I need them to fix it and they refused and stated that they had already spent too much money to fix the brakes and that they weren't going to fix anything else. I then stated that I didn't want the car anymore and that they can have it back for all I care. They then denied that as well. Now I'm stuck with a LEMON! I took the car to an actual Volkswagen Dealership and they actually GAVE ME PAPERS saying that the car NEEDS A WHOLE NEW ENGINE, new exhausts pipes, an evap emission, LDP pump, and an LAD valve. The cost to fix my car is over $16,000! I promise that I will inform everyone I know to NEVER EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY SELL LEMONS! More

Terrible customer service and actual car service Bought a new 2019 Honda last year. Car was great for a week before developing a nasty sound on the wheels. Took it to service and was told there was n Bought a new 2019 Honda last year. Car was great for a week before developing a nasty sound on the wheels. Took it to service and was told there was nothing wrong with it but that they had went ahead and fixed the hubcap. Driving off the lot, the sound is still there. I immediately took it back in and showed them. They then told me the service manager would speak to me. 10 minutes passed and another service person came out and told me the service manager was too busy but the sound is being caused by the hubcap and they cannot fix it until Honda corp gives them a reason. Took the car back three more times and they replaced the tire, wheel, and hubcap. Sound not only persisted but had developed on the rest of the wheels. Finally, Honda corp came out to take a look at it. I left my car at the dealer for 4 days and 4 nights at their request so they could fix it. Honda corp said they were unable to take a look at the car because it had rained on day 4. I asked what about days 1-3 and they said they had no knowledge of those days. Honda corp said the sound was being caused by faulty hubcaps but refused to replace them or give new wheels since they could not confirm that the hubcaps were causing the sound even thought they literally told me that was the issue and had written it in the service record. Stormed off cursing them and their corp greed. Service manager then changed what was on the service record so that it no longer stated hubcap was causing the issue. HH also gave me a defective tire when they did the initial replacement. Sold the Honda a couple months later to avoid further issues. Trashy and unprofessional service. Honda should be ashamed of this dealership. Will never buy Honda again. More
