Worst service I've worked with salesmen from Hyundai, all the way up to Ferrari. This by far has been the worst dealership I have had the displeasure of dealing wit I've worked with salesmen from Hyundai, all the way up to Ferrari. This by far has been the worst dealership I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I ended up leasing a car else where because of their employee's rude behavior. It ended up working out for the best I guess, I got an Infinity for my work car at about half the monthly payment they quoted me for a GTI. More

He has been involved with my lease/purchase of the following vehicles; 1998 Audi A4, 2001.5 VW Passat, 2003 VW Jetta, 2004 VW Touareg, 2007 VW Touareg, 2007 VW Passat 3.6, 2010 VW GTI, and a VW 2015 GTI. My next vehicle will be a 2018 VW Allroad (at least that is the plan). When I do acquire my next vehicle I intend to purchase it from Gary. I wonder how many people have had a nearly twenty year professional relationship with the same salesman? Poor service! Don't even deserve one star! From some other review, Hendricks Volkswagen maybe can give you a good price for buying a car, but their service is totally unacceptably bad! My had an issue with terribly slow acceleration, but no error codes show up. They told me everything is alright, and that slow acceleration is normal. KIDDING ME?! I wasn't comparing my 5 years car to a new one, but I saw the acceleration problem after an hour dinner with friend! They don't even want to look into this and don't even mention to solve the problem. They just kept telling me what I felt was wrong! Just because there is no error code on the dash, it means nothing wrong with the car?! It seems to me that if they couldnt figure out the problem, they will blame the customer! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!
