Poor service! Don't even deserve one star! From some other review, Hendricks Volkswagen maybe can give you a good price for buying a car, but their service is totally unacceptably bad! My had an issue with terribly slow acceleration, but no error codes show up. They told me everything is alright, and that slow acceleration is normal. KIDDING ME?! I wasn't comparing my 5 years car to a new one, but I saw the acceleration problem after an hour dinner with friend! They don't even want to look into this and don't even mention to solve the problem. They just kept telling me what I felt was wrong! Just because there is no error code on the dash, it means nothing wrong with the car?! It seems to me that if they couldnt figure out the problem, they will blame the customer! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED! More

I am very happy with the vehicle itself, however i had some warranty issues and have received some very poor customer service . A good vehicle does not make up for poor customer service. I reached out to the management team to seek a resolution but i have been ignored. Completely disappointed and will not be going back. More

Nobody even calls to tell me wat is going on with my car. I went in d evening to pick my car .... i asked for my keys .... They Don't know where my keys are. They Don't ve any work ethics in them. I totally wasted my time by coming to this place again. Don't go to this place. Their technician are not able to identify the problem correctly. I got my Volkswagen jetta serviced here couple of months ago ..... they said to me that check engine light is on, do this do that. I got d work done whatever they said. The same problem started all over again and this time they are do this and do that becoz it's different problem. Both the times they said engine requires work. They are simply making people fool who doesn't know technicality. I m not going to this place again. Not at all. More

Great deal on a great car I spotted a used vehicle on the internet that I was interested in and it was listed by the site as a "Great Deal" so I called right away. It was a very easy purchase, which for me is the highest compliment I can give a car dealership. I normally would rather go to a dentist than deal with car dealerships, but this experience was very pleasant and easy. A major part of this was dealing with Aldee Marquis, the sales consultant who helped me through the whole process. I live in Alabama and flew in to Dallas to pick up my Bimmer. Aldee went above and beyond to pick me up from the airport at 8am and bring me to the dealership. I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing a car sight unseen, but finding a late model BMW with a 6 speed, moonroof and Sport package in my area is hard to find. Aldee took his time to verify everything was proper with the car and detailed the the sales price to my satisfaction. The car was as described and it was a fun 10 hour drive home! Thanks Aldee! More
