DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER We originally bought my sons first car from them. Within 1 year of owning we were told it could not be fixed and a total loss. So they rolled us into another car with all that negative equity. The new car he is so upside down in because of all the negative equity and to top it off we noticed that the driver door sounded funny when closing. Took to another VW dealer and they said it had been replaced and could see overspray and they forgot to insulate the door when they replaced. So we were not disclosed any of this. Very shady and deceitful dealership. Move on to another dealer Please!!! More

Damage and Scratches yo my car I have been taking my car for servicing to Hendrick VW service centre for last 3 years. I was quite satisfied with there professionalism until I too I have been taking my car for servicing to Hendrick VW service centre for last 3 years. I was quite satisfied with there professionalism until I took my car for servicing this time. I am giving 1 star because of the damage and scratches in my car and the insult that I faced. There were multiple scratches to my car after the car came out of the car wash. The service specialist told that most of the scratches were there previously ( which was not correct) and implied that I was lying.He hastily tried to fix the issue but the issues still persist. Tried to contact HVW service department multiple times but didn't get any response. More

He worked with Kevin Hatfield (GSM) they were able to get me approved with VW Credit with a really good interest rate. The whole experience was nice and smooth, there weren’t any hidden fees like VW McKinney tries to sneak in. (VW I was trading in was previously leased from McKinney). Robert made sure to show all the features of the new Mk7 Jetta. I would strongly recommend this VW Dealership. More

Mark’s honest approach, professionalism, and willingness to help me select & price a vehicle largely in-advance of going to the dealer was refreshing. Another dealer I tried to work with in-advanced forced me to jump through a ton of hoops including forcing me to come to the dealership before they give me a bottom line price. The other dealer didn’t take me serious or trust me with their bottom line price so I couldn’t take them serious or trust them. Hendrick VW Frisco website was a plus. I was looking for an Atlas with 2nd row captain seats and they had that option isolated on their online filter. Mark was thorough but not overwhelming with details. He cares did everything I asked for...even before we met in person. Mark Atkins & Hendrick VW is a rare find. Also, a big shout out to USAA for making the financing piece easy, and absolutely no surprises. Win Win. Loving my 2019 SE w/tech R-Line. Hopes this helps you have a good experience. More
