Awesome experience I bought my 2017 Passat in late 2016. I was looking for an off lease 2014-2015, and they cut me such an awesome price straight out of the gate I went I bought my 2017 Passat in late 2016. I was looking for an off lease 2014-2015, and they cut me such an awesome price straight out of the gate I went for the new one. My only issue was the stupid scent that permeates the entire showroom, and my salesman and finance manager brought the paperwork outside so I could make the deal. Had one minor warranty issue which was quickly resolved, and it was a tire, so nothing VW can do about that. They made it right so I’m happy. I’ve taken it there for all service and am always in and out promptly. Just wish I could wear this car out sooner and get another one. Jetta GLI this time. More

Best Volkswagen Customer Service in the area I leased a new Golf GTI Rabbit edition today from Henrick VW. I worked with Mark Atkins and John and found the whole experience to be excellent. I wen I leased a new Golf GTI Rabbit edition today from Henrick VW. I worked with Mark Atkins and John and found the whole experience to be excellent. I went to other dealerships before this one and they were the kindest by far. There were no "theatrics" or that stereotypical car salesman pressure from them. Everything was done quickly and were very accommodating to my busy schedule. It was a fantastic experience and I would have no hesitation recommending the Henricks dealership, Mark Atkins in particular. More

New Car Staff are disappointing Definitely will not recommend this dealership! Every aspect of dealing with this dealership was horrible. The sales guy called and we were 5 mins from Definitely will not recommend this dealership! Every aspect of dealing with this dealership was horrible. The sales guy called and we were 5 mins from the dealership so we told him we would be there in 5 mins. When we arrived we had to go to the front desk, ask them to call him and then wait almost 15 mins for him to come downstairs from his office. He tried to sell a "used" 2019 loaner car for $1,000 less than the "new" 2019 vehicles were being sold to customers. We felt so pressured to leave a deposit so we put down a $1,000 deposit. They required we sign a non-refundable document. The manager Clint refused to return the deposit when we changed our mind within 30 mins of putting down a supposedly "non-refundable deposit" right before they closed for the day. Clint then made up a story that he kept the vehicle from being sold to someone 6 hours before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. I called my lawyer and sent the time stamped receipt and non-refundable document only to find out the document is NOT LEGAL and it is against the law for them to have a customer sign the document or refuse to refund the deposit. Within 24 hours after leaving the dealership after we requested the $1,000 be refunded Clint called and said he would refund the deposit. Guess he didn't want a lawsuit! I provide myself on giving great customer service in my job everyday. Car salesman are know for being liars and crooks just telling you whatever they think you want to hear to make the sale. They take advantage of individuals who are not knowledgeable about the car buying process. NOT TODAY SATAN! We got the deposit back and took our business to Clay Cooley Volkswagon in Richardson, Tx where Darius and Todd knocked the customer service expectation out of the park! More
