Fernando took great care of me and my Beetle for a recall and had the cars rims repaired. They look as good as new and the bent rim now runs true. When arriving to pick it up, it was even cleaned. I went because I had a grease leaking on the left C/V axle in my VW GLI and Joshua Frank took my car without any issues. I'm a car guy. We had a great conversation about VW cars, OEM accessories and tunes. He even showed me pictures when he had his Golf GTI.
