Story about my 20,000 mile service experience at Hendricks VW in Frisco. After picking up my 2021 GTI which was in for an oil change and tire rotation, I found my dash cam disconnected (unplugged) f Hendricks VW in Frisco. After picking up my 2021 GTI which was in for an oil change and tire rotation, I found my dash cam disconnected (unplugged) from the cameras. Also found that my tires were not rotated. The explanation I received was that it was Hendrick's policy to disconnect all dash cams to protect their privacy in their garage, I don't really buy it. I was not told up front when the car was dropped off about any such policy. Second issue, my tires were not rotated. I mark my tires because I've caught Hendricks not rotating tires in the past. They came back and explained that my front tires had more tread so they didn't rotate them. Why wasn't I told this when I picked up my car, I was told by phone several days after I picked up my car. I've bought two GTI's from Hendricks and serviced three GTI's total at Hendricks. Very disappointed. Joe More
Regrettably, my recent experience with Frisco dealership falls short of my previous encounter back in August 2023. Last summer, I leased a 2024 Atlas from them after traveling eight hours with my wife, two falls short of my previous encounter back in August 2023. Last summer, I leased a 2024 Atlas from them after traveling eight hours with my wife, two babies, and elderly mother. Upon arrival, we endured hours of waiting only to discover that the vehicle showcased online didn't match what was presented to us – a clear case of misrepresentation. The salesman, Ray, assured me that a similar Atlas with the specifications originally advertised would be available by October/November 2023, and all I needed to do was return to swap vehicles. However, despite his promises and those of his managers, the timeframe passed with no resolution. It's disheartening to realize that shaking hands with a salesman can feel like dealing with frauds. Not only did the dealership fail in accurately representing their product, but they also misled customers with empty promises. My advice: always insist on written agreements, trust your instincts, and don't waste time with dishonest salespeople. In hindsight, it's clear that walking away would have been the wisest choice. More

Had extrodinary experience with Jake Johnson, the salesman who sold me my new car. He was extremly resourceful and helpful without ever pressuring me. It was a pleasent experience all the way. Then, when I was about to take delivery, and unanticipated "glitch" poped up with the car. Jake worked with David Alldredge, service manager, who stayed after hours to get me on the road. David and Jake collaborated to quickly resolve an issue which could have been significant VW was not aware of. They figured it out, provided the permanent fix, and I'm happy with my car and the service. I recommend the dealership and the salesman 100%. More

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I made contact with the sales manager, Chris DeLeon, online through the Hendrick's website. I let him know that I was interested in purchasing a 2023 I made contact with the sales manager, Chris DeLeon, online through the Hendrick's website. I let him know that I was interested in purchasing a 2023/2024 Tiguan. I'd been through a very unfortunate experience with another dealership that ended in me returning the vehicle I purchased. Chris was kind, patient, and compassionate. I told him my price range, payment max, trade-in and down payment. In less than 25 minutes, I received a quote, sheet via email on the exact vehicle I was looking for; exterior/interior colors, wheels, features......everything. The quote included 3 payments based on 3 different down payments as well as every single detail of the purchase. It was all there in black and white, very straightforward. He then put me in touch with sales consultant, Robert Fabian. What a pleasant, professional young man! I made an appointment to view and test drive the car the next day. The entire process was seamless and pleasant from there. There was no price haggling, no hours in the dealership with one offer after the other, no stressful, deceptive, hard-sales process. The vehicle and the terms of purchase were exactly what Chris told me it would be.The test drive and overview of the vehicle took about 30 minutes, and it was a done deal! Every tiny detail was presented on my quote sheet in writing before I ever set foot in the dealership! Imagine that! The entire interaction between myself, Chris, and Robert, including the test drive and overview took a little over an hour. I did have to wait awhile for my turn in the finance office to sign the paperwork. While I was waiting, Robert removed and shredded the plates on my trade-in, removed my toll tag, and searched the vehicle for anything that might reveal my private information. How considerate is that?? Once in the finance office, Patrick Wolfe took over and stepped me through reviewing and signing the documents. He was as kind and polite as Chris and Robert. In less than 30 minutes, he handed me the keys to my amazingly beautiful Tiguan. It's everything I'd hoped it would be and more. It runs like a dream and so far I'm averaging 32 miles per gallon! Bottom line is that buying a car doesn't have to be a painful ordeal. Chris DeLeon, Robert Fabian, and Patrick Wolfe are just genuinely good human beings. They've restored my faith in the car sales industry. Thank you doesn't seem adequate. More
