I've been a loyal Honda customer for decades, but after a friend's recommendation, I decided to give VW a try with the Atlas. Unfortunately, my first experience at this dealership has been nothing short of d friend's recommendation, I decided to give VW a try with the Atlas. Unfortunately, my first experience at this dealership has been nothing short of disappointing. When I walked in, I noticed a group of four or five employees gathered around a long desk to the right. None of them acknowledged my presence. After I said, "Excuse me," one of them, still engrossed in his phone, casually responded with, "What's up?" I explained that I needed to visit the service department, and he merely pointed down the hall without offering any further assistance. At the service department, I saw several desks, most occupied by employees on phone calls. As I approached an employee who wasn’t on the phone, he immediately picked up his phone as I got closer—clearly pretending to be busy. I then turned to another employee, Joshua, sitting nearby, who just stared at me without greeting or offering help. I explained my issue—that my brand-new car, with less than 500 miles, needed attention. Joshua's response was shockingly poor. He told me it would take 4 to 5 hours to diagnose the problem and asked if I wanted to wait in the lobby. I declined. Adding to the frustration, I had made an appointment through the app, but it seems pointless since they informed me that it's actually first come, first served. This made the whole process feel like a waste of time. Five hours later, my wife and I returned, only to find that the car hadn't been touched. Joshua then had the audacity to lie, claiming he had told me it would take 24 hours to even check the car. When I asked for my car back, he made absolutely no effort to resolve the issue. This employee couldn't care less about you or your vehicle. I wasn't looking for a friendly greeting or exceptional customer service; I just wanted my car fixed. It ended up being a complete waste of a day. I would not recommend the service department at this dealership to anyone. More

Robert did an amazing job I just wish I was in and out in under an hour. I came with money in hand deal already drawn up I expected to be done within the hour but instead it took about 2 hours of just sittin under an hour.
