Excellent customer service I am a senior citizen with limited understanding of electronics and was having issues with some minor indicators on the panel of my Impreza. Informative and good customer service Chandler was friendly, helpful and informative when I brought my Outback in for its regular service. when I learned two of my tires were bad he explai Chandler was friendly, helpful and informative when I brought my Outback in for its regular service. when I learned two of my tires were bad he explained the need to replace with 4 on an all wheel drive. We had 2 replaced at a tire place earlier when one was not repairable and I learned that is not recommended. He also let me know they have a way to replace a single bad tire by shaving the new to match making it safe, which would have been a better solution when we had replaced the damaged one with two tires previously. Great information to learn. I will always go to Hendericks in future. They understand my car and Chandler is a great service technician. More
