Informative and good customer service Chandler was friendly, helpful and informative when I brought my Outback in for its regular service. when I learned two of my tires were bad he explai Chandler was friendly, helpful and informative when I brought my Outback in for its regular service. when I learned two of my tires were bad he explained the need to replace with 4 on an all wheel drive. We had 2 replaced at a tire place earlier when one was not repairable and I learned that is not recommended. He also let me know they have a way to replace a single bad tire by shaving the new to match making it safe, which would have been a better solution when we had replaced the damaged one with two tires previously. Great information to learn. I will always go to Hendericks in future. They understand my car and Chandler is a great service technician. More
